Want a little extra help on your career journey? Our optional program is made for freshers and experienced candidates who would love dedicated support to get interview-ready. Join your course first and add the program whenever you feel ready. We arrange the interviews and we will be cheering for you; the final hiring decision rests with the employer.

*Program terms and conditions
- What we guarantee: within 60 days we will arrange (schedule) at least 2 interviews for you with hiring companies. This is a guarantee of interviews; selection and job offers are decided by the employer.
- When the 60 days start: from the date Nexus confirms in writing that your profile is ready to be shared (resume finalised and eligibility met).
- Eligibility: you have enrolled in a course, joined the Interview Program, and your education and background suit the roles we will be targeting.
- Attendance: we ask for at least 75% attendance in live classes, so you are fully prepared.
- Assignments: please complete and submit your assignments, labs and mock tests on time.
- Interview participation: please attend each scheduled interview on time and well prepared. If an interview is missed, repeatedly rescheduled or declined, it still counts as arranged.
- Genuine information: please share true and accurate details in your resume and documents. If details turn out to be incorrect, the guarantee may no longer apply.
- Reasonable preferences: we ask you to be open to openings relevant to your skills. Very narrow location or salary requirements can limit suitable openings and may extend the time needed.
- Consent: you allow us to share your profile and, if you agree, your assessment results with recruiters and hiring teams, so we can arrange interviews for you.
- Hiring companies: we share your profile with recruiters and hiring companies to arrange interviews. These companies may change over time, and we do not guarantee interviews with any particular company, role, location or salary.
- Outcomes: final selection depends on the employer, your performance and market conditions.
*Refund policy for the Interview Program
- Interviews arranged: once Nexus has arranged the interviews promised under the program within the 60 days, our commitment under the program is complete and no refund applies. Interviews are arranged by us, but selection is decided by the employer.
- No interview arranged: if you have met all the conditions above and we have not been able to arrange any interview within the 60 days, you are welcome to request a refund in writing. The program fee is refunded after deducting administration charges and the value of services already delivered (such as resume building), as stated in your written agreement.
- Conditions not met: if the eligibility, attendance, assignment or interview conditions were not met, the refund does not apply.
- Course fee: this policy is about the Interview Program fee only. The course registration fee is separate.
